Chargha Masala

Ingredients
Whole Chicken                       1500 grams
Lemon Juice                            half cup
Hot spices                              1 tblsp
Gram flour roasted                  one and half tsp
Chat Masala                           6 tblsp
Lemons                                  3
Lettuce                                   4 leaves
Oil                                         for frying
Ingredients of hot spices
Roast and friend Kashmiri chillies 125 grams.Red chillies 125 grams.Cumin seed 100 grams.Long pepper 1 tblsp.Coriander seeds 4 tblsp.Cloves 6.Green cardamoms 10.Use as required
Method
Mix lemon juice,hot spices and gram flour in bowl. Apply over chicken, wrap in plastic bag and set aside for two hours.Steam for thirty minutes in a steamer.heat oil in wide necked pot and fry chicken till golden.Serve delicious Chargha Masala with chat masala,Lettuce and finally cut lemons.
